About Raquel

Having grown up in our community for over 25 years, I bring common sense understanding, and unwavering commitment to our city. I attended Ontario Christian Elementary and High School and received my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration – Management and Human Resources from Cal Poly Pomona. I have worked locally at the Ontario-Montclair School District for 4 years serving our youth and community.

My campaign is rooted in the belief that real change starts from the grassroots level. As a lifelong resident, I am intimately familiar with the challenges and opportunities our city faces
